We charge a fee per apprentice, the cost depends on the standard your apprentice is currently undertaking. Please see our pricing policy for further details.

If an apprentice requires an adjustment to an assessment, you can apply for this no later than 10 working days before the assessment, please see our policy for further information and application form.

Before applying, we recommend that you read our guide. This will give you an insight into everything from the centre approval process through to receiving certificates. Your application should be made using our centre recognition form. The full process is explained on our webpage.

The Quartz portal can be found here. If you need access, please email enquiries@aim-group.org.uk saying: What access you require; your full name, and role at the centre. We will send your log in details and a copy of the portal guidance for your convenience. For more information see our FAQ page.
