As an AIM Centre you can be assured of great customer service and a wide range of contemporary, up to date qualifications suitable for learners of all levels.

Each of our centres is allocated a dedicated AIM support team including a centre lead and a customer experience adviser.

Five-star support

Our wide range of high quality, nationally recognised qualifications is supported by a dedicated team of centre leads, moderators and examiners, all with subject specific knowledge and experience.

Centre lead

You will be appointed a dedicated centre lead. They will monitor your organisation’s quality assurance systems to ensure compliance throughout the year. They also offer support, advice and guidance about AIM products and services.

Regular email updates, newsletters and social media will keep you up to date and our website is updated daily.

Access to HE providers

Centres delivering the Access to HE diploma have exclusive use of Gradetraka to track learners' progression and grade profiles throughout the academic year, then export the information for the final awards board.
Centres can also use our free, on-line study skills courses via the AIM LMS

Training and events

Regular clinics and workshops are held throughout the year and we have useful video support guides on AIM processes.

We believe in developing strong and long term partnerships with our Centres and we work closely with industry experts including employers, trade bodies, sector skills councils, training providers and government departments/agencies to ensure our qualifications and accreditation services are fit for purpose.

Unlike many large Awarding Organisations we are able to provide a highly flexible and responsive service, particularly with regards to our product development and business support services.
