"The Access to Higher Education course prepared me so well for university. As an adult learner who had no experience in academia the course boosted my confidence in my academic abilities. The course also allowed me to gain access to my first-choice university. The skills I learned on the access course have aided me in my first year of adult nursing and helped me achieve grades (94%) I never thought possible of someone who isn't "academic". The access course is one of the hardest things I have ever done but so worthwhile. This access course really has changed life and I would recommend anyone contemplating an access course to do it!"
