AIM Portals
MIA is a new portal for AIM centres to manage a range of processes.
or example to:
- make an application to be an AIM Centre
- view a full list of all AIM qualifications
- see which qualifications your centre is approved to deliver
- apply to deliver an AIM qualification
- update staff, site and organisation details
- view sample papers, principle examiner reports and any other relevant documents

Quartz
There are many features to Quartz for example registering and claiming of learners, scheduling of XAMS end assessments, e-certification plus many more.
To access Quartz you will need to send us an email detailing the access you require, your full name and role you and your centre name.

XAMS
XAMS is our external online examination platform. Here you can download your learner’s log in sheets, view learner’s post-exam results and generate a number of reports.

GradeTraka
GradeTraka allows tutors to clearly track their Access to HE learners' progression and grade profiles throughout the academic year and then export this information ready for the final Awards Board. Programme and learner data will be pre-loaded into the system following registration and tutors will be able to add, amend or view the grades learners have achieved against their units. This information will also be able to be viewed as a summary suitable for tutorials with learners or emailed to learners to keep them up to date with their own progress.
